In my case even when providing evidence of defective insoles their customer team demands a professional expert official letter to confirm a defective product from a brand sold by themselves! The supervisor said my only recourse is to make a claim with my credit card company! If both shoe soles collapse after regular walks then the glue used isn't the best quality.

Make sure before you buy something, because if you have to return it they'll keep a considerable amount of money from the total purchase amount.
